Bathrooms
Whether out dated, non functioning or not large enough. We handle the renovation from design to completion. We have relationships with local tile, vanity and countertop supplies to assist in selections/layout. We can convert any tub area into a custom walk in shower area with a bench if desired.
New Construction
At the end of the day we are full service builders. We have built over 150 new homes. From the initial meeting to the CO we can handle everything in-between. Every individual service we offer today derives from over 30 years experience in doing them all together when building a new home
Dormers & Extensions
It is no secret that the majority of homes built on Long Island were done 50-60 years ago and do not meet the needs or expectations of families today. Dormers, extensions and open concepts have become a necessity for homeowners and families. We design and build what suites your needs and lifestyle. From the architect, mason, framing, to mechanicals and finishes we handle it all.
Siding
Siding is the first impression of your home and when done right it is a lasting one. Not only are the materials and install critical but the accessories and details included are what separates homes. That is what causes people to like a home and not know why until pointed out. All of our siding jobs included 3 1/2" colonial white trim around windows/doors and 6" colonial white super corners. We install Triple 2" beaded soffit under all overhangs and custom Azek trimboard/columns when desired.
Porticos/Porches
Adding both curb appeal and protection. Porches and porticos act as a practical and valuable way to achieve both. Whether a masonry or framed deck base, we can construct custom overhangs to achieve any desired look. The Unique difference is we custom fabricate our porch/portico columns onsite using Azek cellular PVC trim. Our porches/porticos make any home feel custom.
Roofing
The roof you choose for your home will not only protect you but also serve as a statement from the street. With that being said, knowing the type of roofing to use is just as important as the installer. Architectural shingle, rolled roofing, EDPM and torch down are a few applications. The perimeter of the roof should always ice/water shield membrane installed prior to shingle to prevent ice damming. All valleys should have ice/water shield membrane as well. Lastly the property must be as clean as it was prior to the work. We pride ourselves on this. Mesh tarps are hung down from all roofs to control debris. Magnets are swept along the yard to remove any nails.
Basements/Garages
Sometimes viewed as wasted space. Basements/garages can be transformed into your new favorite area.

Windows/Doors
"Why only look out a window when you can look at it"
With energy efficiency now becoming a requirement by most local municipalities. A large component of that derives from the openings in a home. Windows and doors need to be installed correctly with flashing, spray foam insulation and trim. From a cosmetic standpoint they should be dressed up with the same type of care and thinking. Whether it's Azek, vinyl or aluminum we offer all types of exterior finishes. For the interior our carpenters can install any type of molding profile or custom trim to complete the view.
Interior Trim
Every home and person has a specific style and concept. Molding is one of the last components to a home that gives it a final touch. Molding options range from profile, size, material & installment method. Beyond molding we offer custom wainscot wall paneling and columns to compliment any style. Custom built in shelves and cabinets can be made onsite or alterations to stock items can be made to accommodate any space.

House Lifting
Raising a home is stressful enough. And in most cases a homeowner is required to hire a house lifter and than GC to accomplish their need. We are a one stop shop when it comes to lifting homes. Hurricane Sandy has required towns and homeowners to raise their homes above the necessary base flood elevation. When that is accomplished the flood insurance saves can be astronomical. When a home is lifted it requires a builder to strap it to the new foundation as per NYS code. In most cases the siding will need to be redone. Then follows a plumber & electrician for all reconnects. We have experience working with NY Rising and insurance companies to obtain the funds necessary to lift your home.

The same detailed and processed approach used to build over 150 homes has been embedded in our commercial work. As a full service general contractor we have the track record and resources available to renovate and service any commercial need. Whether wood framing, metal studs or concrete block. We can handle it from start to finish.
